Meredith Brown at Yoga Collective in Stratford, ON, has successfully enabled many sleep-deprived mums the chance to breath slowly and deeply while reflecting the deeper dimensions of the mind, body and spirit. It is truly incredible how learning the yogic postures can open up our energy channels, chakras, psychic centers of the body and miraculously leave us feeling somewhat enlightened!...a much healthier method then guzzling my morning Javas! (which i must admit i still religiously drink each morning regardless of any mindfulness i may have acquired!) well mums, i must say these are the cutest yogi's i've ever seen!
