So baby yoga continues. Meredith, you rock, and help keep us mum's somewhat grounded! I especially enjoy the idea of releasing all toxic thoughts with each deep exhale. Does Meditation and Baby in the same sentence sound like an oxymoron to you? Well not anymore! Meredith Brown at Yoga Collective in Stratford, ON, has successfully enabled many sleep-deprived mums the chance to breath slowly and deeply while reflecting the deeper dimensions of the mind, body and spirit. It is truly incredible how learning the yogic postures can open up our energy channels, chakras, psychic centers of the body and miraculously leave us feeling somewhat enlightened!...a much healthier method then guzzling my morning Javas! (which i must admit i still religiously drink each morning regardless of any mindfulness i may have acquired!) well mums, i must say these are the cutest yogi's i've ever seen!
Courageous, Fierce, Spontaneous, Daring, Adventurous...well i would certainly say that Tim and Cathy have MOXIE! They were the grand prize winners in a promotion sponsored by the Beach Radio in Goderich, and were married on Valentine's day at the Grand Bend Winter Festival. Not only did they plan their wedding in 2 weeks, gather together all of their loved ones, and receive a wedding gift from a 7 foot penguin, they gingerly climbed the steps of a 25 foot ice-cake where they proclaimed their love to one-another! It was an amazing, and super fun day. Congratulations you guys, very sweet!
Okay so i am a new "blogger" so bare with me! Recently i met with the most beautiful little munchkin Lucy and her gorgeous mum Jess, talk about easy to photograph. Lucy officially wins the "i am a model" baby award! she smiled, cooed and looked directly at the camera lens...although maybe she was smiling at my peanut Hunter who came along to the shoot! Jess and I have decided that these two are going to grow up, get married and raise their families here in Stratford close to us! (every mum's dream right!!) here are some of my favorite shots from our MoxieBaby photoshoot! And yes, Hunter had to make the cut too!
