I'm thrilled to share this sneak peek with you today! This year, has been quite a journey for me, I decided that it was time to set an example for my four young babes, to show them the importance of diving head first into your dreams, to just take that first step toward achieving a big dream and to always remain true to your inner voice. That being said, one of my missions has always been to connect with like-minded free spirited people, so you can only imagine the magic that took place during this shoot with 'Soulpreneur' Jocelyn Hinz, a few weeks ago! Meet sweet sweet Nora- the fresh delicious scent of a newborn baby is literally like breathing in a breath from heaven. It is one of the highest honours to work with these angels. There is a prophecy that believes that when we are born we are completely enlightened, that we hold all truths within our hearts, and it is as we grow that we begin to loose that insight. I can't recall where I read or learned that, perhaps during my undergrad degree, not sure, however, every time I meet a new soul I can't shake the fact, that they are in fact, the closest to God or whatever higher being you believe in. It is during these shoots, that i desperately try to grab a slice of that purity on my lens. Olivia and Robert, you have a beautiful family, and I love that each new baby that joins your family, brings a new set of dynamics and truths. Thank you for having me into your home once again to capture these moments.

OMG this little baby belly has me swooning...how adorable is Candace! Not to mention, Myes her sweet sweet vivacious little boy... His charismatic personality and contagious smile, certainly tug at my heart strings!!!
I had the great opportunity to spend the morning with this amazing couple who has just recently celebrated their Second Anniversary. It is always amazing when I get to witness families expanding! Candace has one more day until she reaches term with this pregnancy... so lets send out some positive vibes for her to make it to at least 37 weeks. According to Myes' measurements, this baby measures unto be about the same size as a basketball!!! And who knew that uncooked oatmeal could be such a delicious snack!!!

I always feel so completely honoured when I get to follow my brides and grooms throughout their lives! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to capture this incredible family's sweet sweet additions over the years. It is funny, how time doesn't seem to be passing by altogether too quickly until suddenly... boom you see how fast babies have grown or how much a family has expanded, then you really feel the passing of time! Here is a sneak peek, and this time nobody is in a wedding dress...or holding a lace umbrella (wink wink!)
Every now and than you come across a being that absolutely takes your breath away. The minute you meet such beings, there is absolutely no denying that they are extra-ordinary. You can feel it right down to your core. I have been told by others on occasion that I may have a strange sense of intuition when it comes to feeling the presence of what can not necessarily be seen. This however, is not one of those moments...this 'being's' exceptional behaviour and understanding towards his newest family member is completely obvious!!!
Bronson, did not leave this sweet sweet morsel's side, not even for a moment. So beautiful. Not to mention, hello the baby!!!! Delicious! so perfect, so beautiful, so content. Congratulations to one of my favourite couples! (who I may add, just recently celebrated their one year anniversary!!!)
P.s- Every time I ask my husband for a dog..he says.."Dana, we all know that what you really want is another baby" my rebuttal to his statement from this point onward will be..."actually, I will take both please!!!"
I had the honour of capturing this beautiful family on the beach of Bayfield. I have officially decided that I could live on the beach...who is kidding who, I have always known that! These guys were amazing, they combated fog, a gently rain and getting super soaked in the waves...it was a full on shoes-off event! Here are a few images from our afternoon together.
